Description
Billy has evoked the Mindscape: [Roaming Gunslinger]. After launching a Dash Attack or Dodge Counter, your character can immediately follow up with certain attacks near the end of the Basic Attack combo. Additionally, he gains the Starlight Knight's Maintenance effect. (Effective for {CReplaceCardParam:BattleCount_Card1100947,1,2} more battles). Billy hums the theme song to Starlight Knights while confidently declaring "Nobody can beat me while my BGM is on!" Clearly... he's in high spirits.
