Description
When attacked, if the Agent's HP is below 25%, immediately generate Shield equal to 20% of Max HP for 10s. (This effect can only be triggered once by each Agent in each combat.) It's not practical to hope it will stop damage. But graffiti lovers like wearing it to protect their wrists.
