Description
Triggering Shatter leaves an icy mist that lasts 10s. This effect can trigger once every 10s. Ice DMG against enemies caught in the mist deal 80% more CRIT DMG. This sweet Resonium can shoot small icicles, but it costs a pretty penny in water bills. Still, that doesn't stop folks from taking it out and having some fun on the streets whenever it rains.
