Description
Each point of Anomaly Proficiency increases the Agent's Ether DMG by 0.2%, up to a maximum increase of 30%. An operational amplifier regulates the cycling speed of the surrounding Ether. As for the malfunctioning ones... they are typically repurposed into wireless speakers.
