Description
When launching an EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, or Ultimate, Ellen leaves behind a patch of Icy Mist on the ground, dealing Ice DMG over time for 15s. Friendly Agents have increased Anti-Interrupt Level and their DMG received reduced by 30% in the Icy Mist. Upon leaving the Icy Mist, the effect continues for 5s. When Ellen attacks an enemy within the Icy Mist, an extra instance of Icy Mist DMG will be triggered.
