Description
Replaces Basic Attack: Full Firepower with Basic Attack: Full Firepower - Modified. This decreases the rate of fire to increase bullet power. Upon activating this skill, Billy will directly enter Crouching Shot, triggering Core Passive: Steady Shot and increasing his DMG dealt by an additional 50%. The buff will end when he moves, returns to idle, or is knocked back or launched.
