Description
When activating EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, or Ultimate, Ellen leaves behind a patch of Icy Mist on the ground, dealing Ice DMG over time to enemies and reducing their Ice RES by 30% for 10 seconds. When Ellen attacks an enemy within the Icy Mist, the Icy Mist will trigger an extra instance of DMG.
