Repeated triggers reset the duration. When at 2 stacks, the equipper's Anomaly Proficiency is further increased by 60. This effect is unique to the squad.

This effect can trigger once per use of a skill and repeated triggers reset the duration. With 2 stacks, the equipper's Anomaly Proficiency increases by an additional 60. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.
