After the [Hat] is thrown, it will replace Norma to accumulate and temporarily store [Personal Resources] at the same rate, during which Norma does not need to be on field;
After Norma retrieves the [Hat], she will immediately gain the stored [Personal Resources]. The Hat can store a maximum of 50% [Personal Resources];
When the [Hat]'s stored [Personal Resources] reaches the maximum, or when Norma's [Personal Resources] would reach the maximum after picking up the Hat, the [Hat] will immediately sprint toward Norma;
