When heavy attack hits enemies inflicted with Ice Anomaly, Ether Anomaly, Electric Anomaly, Fire Anomaly, Physical Anomaly, or Wind Anomaly, triggers Abloom once, dealing Attribute Anomaly DMG of the corresponding attribute equal to 100% of its base value;
After using this skill, immediately follow up with the 5th hit of Basic Attack: Edge Strike;

Ultimate: Bone-Chilling Crucifixion
When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press

Unleashes multiple strikes forward, dealing massive Ice DMG;
When heavy attack hits enemies inflicted with Ice Anomaly, Ether Anomaly, Electric Anomaly, Fire Anomaly, Physical Anomaly, or Wind Anomaly, triggers Abloom once, dealing Attribute Anomaly DMG of the corresponding attribute equal to 250% of its base value;

When teammates trigger [Abloom] and hit enemies, Promeia additionally recovers 15 [Corrosive Chill];
If [Corrosive Chill] is at least 50, consume 50 [Corrosive Chill] to convert it into 1 [Trial by Cold]. Max [Trial by Cold]: 2;
Upon entering the battlefield, Promeia gains 2 [Trial by Cold];
When the Finishing Move of [Special Attack: Execution - Merciless Judgment] hits an enemy afflicted with Ice Attribute Anomaly, Ether Attribute Anomaly, Electric Attribute Anomaly, Fire Attribute Anomaly, Physical Attribute Anomaly, or Wind Attribute Anomaly, consume 1 [Trial by Cold] to trigger 1 instance of [Abloom], dealing fixed Attribute Anomaly DMG equal to 675% multiplier of the corresponding attribute;
When Promeia triggers [Abloom] and hits enemies, she additionally recovers 100 Decibels. This effect can trigger once every 0.5 seconds. When Promeia activates [Ultimate: Bone-Chilling Crucifixion], she gains [Frost Oath]. While possessing [Frost Oath], after activating [Special Attack: Execution - Merciless Judgment], [Chain Attack: Inverted Accounts Settled], or [Ultimate: Bone-Chilling Crucifixion], press or hold
to consume [Frost Oath] and immediately follow up with [EX Special Attack: Execution - Heavy Frost].
Additional Ability: Icebound
Triggered when another [Anomaly] character or [Support] character is in your squad:
When activating an [EX Special Attack], Promeia's Ice Attribute Buildup Rate increases by 30% for 30s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
When any squad member inflicts Frostbite on an enemy, the effect's duration increases by 3s.
When Promeia's [EX Special Attack] hits an enemy, the enemy gains the [Presumption of Guilt] status. All squad members ignore 40% DEF when triggering [Abloom] effects against enemies with the [Presumption of Guilt] status. The [Presumption of Guilt] status lasts for 30s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
